Unfortunately, that was three years ago. Now there is another new BOD and management but shareholders are still waiting for the launch of something real. The long-awaited "KaBoom" has still not happened. The only thing that came true was "New Web Sites Coming." That was spot-on!

How many fake launches have their been in the last three years starting with the fake Imperial Wireless roll-outs announced in various cities in 2009 that were actually Clearwire's service?

When the following launches didn't materialize Val Westergard and John Lehne came up with Mesh Global and the fake "Boise Project." When that didn't materialize now we're back to Imperial Wireless or BoiseWifi where no one answers the phone and there is no way to sign up for service.

Today, we are also announcing the launch of:

1. Our national tower and infrastructure network
2. Additional Internet, mobile and business phone products and services
3. National road side assistance operations
4. GPS tracking and location based programs
5. Local yellow pages, mobile advertising and coupon delivery;
6. Joint operations headquarters in San Francisco (look for the photos on the web site)
7. Shared office space with Unilava, and Telava
8. Shared staff, sales & marketing, call center, engineering, technical and customer support
7. As well as other revenue streams management.
