I went to both of your links and read the articles. Looks like a trend towards RMTD-style business. The only thing I worry about is how much intertia there is, still left, from people doing it the old way. I guess it's a matter of getting the word out from articles like these, and contractors eventually get interested.
The other factor may just be that there isn't that this kind of work may still be depressed. I'd like to get more feedback from RMTD on what's going on. It doesn't have to be anything big or exciting.
