While this article is from May, I had not seen it till today. I don't buy the first part about internet bloggers impacting the Liberty- WRSPQ negotiations, but I do believe Samara tried to take advantage, and caused Liberty to balk. Also, note the comment about Liberty and FCC application...that's interesting. If this latest deal (asset sale, and Ch 11 liquidation) screws shareholders, which it sure appears to be doing, then Samara is a guy who screwed his investors and only cares about himself. The thing that keeps gnawing at me is how could Liberty let itself get bamboozled? That part doesn't make sense. They've got to get something out of this, and so far, I'm not seeing that. So, let's hope the NOLs prevail.
