Good summation. IMO, you nailed it. I particularly agree about the financials. Release the damned things and move forward. If they can pull down that $2-3 mil in the next 90 days, that would be huge and should really help the pps, imo. Let's start Monday JD and company...

So, he ask all the MM's to come up with stock certificates for all the shares. Some of them immediately bailed. "Insert your own idea as of why here". Anyway, JD could not get an accurate count of certifications so he couldn't do a divy "Insert your own idea as of why here". Personally I believe there was a nss position and the MM's that bailed couldn't come up with the shares."No matter what supposed evedence there is to the contrary. That supposed evedence is created by the same people would would have done the nss position."

First of all it is not the job of the Market Makers to track the shares, that is what the Transfer Agent does and is supposed to know the count at the end of each day.

Secondly there was no NSS situation no matter how many times that is brought up. That is a fairy tale because for there to be a naked short situation there would have been failures to deliver on shares that were traded. There were none of those so no NSS existed so that excuse doesn't really wash here.

I think that the reason that financials stopped being filed is that the revenues did not come close to meeting the guidance that was set by JD. I also think that they were not filed is because they would show that the only money that the company really made came from the sales of shares.

I also think that the company is floundering is because by never reporting they have left too many opportunities to "Insert your own idea as of why here".

Owgur....There seems to be a party of about 3 here who truly believe in the company even with all the missteps along the way. We even believe all these things are due ...way overdue....but at this point IMO there is a reason to this maddness. My last visit with JD and Glenn I was reassured by both of their confidences that EXPH is experiencing growth spurts that will IMO pay off for all of us who even though we expressed some concerns about the tardiness of filings held on to our shares and even added along the way.

In my own DD and along with DD done by other longs we have been assured there are no concerns about JD or EXPH by the SEC. That being said, there are some SEC concerns IMO related to certain timeframe of trades along with SMB postings and previous "PP" purchases where the purchasers had "insider" knowledge given to them to make those purchases and used that knowledge to trade and manipulate the pps.

Owgur, I know that this has been a long slow ride for you but I believe if you continue to do your DD and hold on to your shares, IMO, you will be rewarded.

IMO , many have made fun here of 4k and her tape posting and theories but after this post by Veno and our conversations with others doing their od DD, laugh if you wish but the investigation isn't coming, its here.

And I think the reason the financials were not filed is because the company didn't have to File them...and since everyone wanted to make their own guesses, the company would continue to allow them to do it...same ole same ole same ole...SELL OF SHARES....WE READ WERE THAT MONEY WAS NEEDED....ENOUGH ALREADY....

The reason there hasn't been any financials from last year or this one even is unknown.
cuz dilution kills numbers...no other reason...How can you show $2mil profit <cough cough> when the bottom line is a negative number...

He dilute 1bil cuz advice was

given to him by people give him bad advice

...gee, so then he dilutes 1bil instead of coming clean? the same people are still around, just changing "titles"....
