Dr Whitman summarized not just our talk, but all the talks in the Melanoma session. Well worth the time to read his thoughts. Many of the trials presented were failures. Successes were Ipi and us. Ipi data (to me) does not seem as compelling as PHP data but Ipi has big Pharma to promote and spin it.

Anyway, we’ve seen this before but this is the first p value I saw associated. Dr. Whitman said:

"My notes from talk: OS data, BAC no PHP=124 days. BAC then xover PHP=398 days, p=0.0117"

THIS is the “show stopper” data that Hobbs mentioned. (stat sig for median survival on BAC crossovers vs BAC non x overs).
