Half the value???No,sorry,but you are wrong,KATX shares will not lose any value.KATX shareholders are obtaining shares of another company,and since KATX owns them in the first place,there isnt any change.Well,almost no change.When investors realize why this has happened,the value of KATX will go up.You see,If anyone now buys KATX,they are going to receive shares of BVIG,which owns Handcamp,which has mucho amounts of Gold on their property,unproven?Yes,but only to those who demand 100% risk free investments,and as always,they will last in line,to benefit from any share price appreciation.
