If Cudney has the power and stays true to form, Jack has to make Aspen profitable or risk being replaced. Cudney or Northfield probably were influential in replacing Cimatec’s CEO with their new CEO, Roblin. Nor does the Voting Agreement address the position of CEO which would make it even easier for Cudney to replace Jack if he does not deliver. If there is a marked improvement this quarter, irregardless of whether we cross into green, I would think Cudney will keep Jack. There are some “if’s” involved. At the very least it does look like there are some alternatives on our horizon which we have not had before.
Why would they come out early with bad earnings, better yet isn’t this a little early for them to come out with any earnings? The site may have been in error. IMO Am
