There is a lot of money to be made if we can find smaller start up public pinksheet firms who are dealing with this program in the long run it is a matter of finding them prior to any others... I know I am spelling this wrong but look for enviromental impact reviews at Cecil Field Jax Fla.. it will open your eyes to a whole new level..
