With warrants at .50 (most of them) I would say we are all very safe at .75 on the first run.

looks to me like he knows where this should be valued at and where it is going.

And from what I've heard...he's an ole' Wall St guy...so...taking warrants at those levels
& stipulating the need to file for the big boards (in the contract) tells me plenty too.
