I wish i could personaly thank the FDA doctors. They came forward and exposed the old CDRH head.They said they were pressured into pushing a 510k through that the doctors wanted to go the PMA route. Come to find out the company, i beleive it was medtronics, dropped a big bag of money to a couple of NJ senators. The senators went to the CDRH head and told him what to do. This has been what dean has been dealing with all along, a convoluted and corrupted agency. Now that we have a whole new FDA team we will get our approval. What's not to approve!
