The last submission was on Nov,9, I3 received the response from the FDA on Jan.8 not Jan.11.

based on my calculations we should here back from the FDA Between the 7th and the 11th of june in regards to the 60 day time line. Now vermillion Submitted on June 11 2009, It was answeres to a 2nd AI request plus they had a lot of informal contact with the FDA after that submission. On sept 11,2009 they received their approval.They had to wait the full 90 days.
