Just going to move $7 million dollars around for fun and there is no interest on the money in escrow. The escrowe may get some interest but not the depositor even if money is returned. The lawyer get's it if anyone does usually.
If they pay SNRS the deposit of 10% and later (they back out) and the deal does not go thru... then they won't get the 10% back. They will lose the deposit and forfiet the money. Lawyers might get some of it, but SNRS should get most of it "for keeps".
Lets hope (when the 5 days are over) they pay SNRS the 10% $ depost. When that happens SNRS will jump up! Weither or not they follow thru and complete the deal, we don't know (but they will lose the deposit (if they back-out) and SNRS will get it.
I do like the post (someone made) saying if the buy-out is a fake... then SNRS can't drop much lower. Either we lose 50% or gain 15X our money. It's a gamble.
