Thats totally bogus and ludicrous. DTC does not need, and would never seek, SPNG's permission to do what it deems necessary. Da' SPNG criminals are on the outside looking in and trying to spin the DTC doomsday bomb into something at least acceptable. The sad thing is, some will fall for it.
Reminds me of another stock whose CEO, when revocation became certain, issued a statement to the effect that they would acquiesce to the SEC's desire that they no longer communicate with their shareholders. The SEC took exception to that statement. Man are these scams hilarious!!
