I'm not invested, but I am pulling for you guys. I'm watching this one unfold to see if there is a possibility. The target price was met by the buyer so I guess it just comes down to their DD. I'm not sure if the other buyers from previous companies put in a 10% security deposit.
Things are starting to line up for the positive here, however, I am sure it was all positive on the other buyouts other companies and then they slap the investors in the face with one PR announcing the deal was revoked or declined without warning.
Everyone will scream SEC after that. These things could fall for through for legitimate reasons too though. They are not forcing investors to do anything.
This is a good one to gamble because it is already at the bottom. If it does not go through, you can still hold out and wait for upward movement later. THRR had plenty of room to drop after the deal was revoked.
