My guess would be because they have been around a few years and have witnessed a countless number of cash buyouts fail.

Can you tell me of any sub penny stocks that had successful cash buyouts? So far no one can think of one.

Thats the greatest part of this, they get to cry scam all day long but have absolutely NO PROOF...Nor does anyone have proof that it's not but yet it goes back and forth alllll damn day...LOL..

yeah, nobody can prove it is a 100% scam, or it would be shut down already

but really

there are about 20-30 things which easily make the balance shift to it being a scam, several red flags, people involved with a dubious history, nothing can be verified
well, if you feel good in such situation, then you are in the right stock indeed.

now name me the positive things here, which would make us believe it is NOT a scam ?
I don't think you will be able to find any
except what is said by the company
but how on earth could you trust that or use as proof that it is not a scam ?
If it was the real deal they would say "we have a deal", if it is a scam they would also say "we have a deal"

so i think balance scam vs no scam is at least 90% in favour of the scam.
