If they can do all that it would still be quite a long and relatively expensive road back to even trading Pink.

I'm pretty sure the SEC and FINRA wouldn't approve a Form 211 unless they became fully reporting and SOX compliant with audited financials.

Personally I'd say the fact they didn't respond to the SEC's initial inquiries was the final nail in the coffin to my mind, that ACLH has diddly squat as their own financials up to the end of March clearly show.

I like Jim's comments when they pertain to SEC law and guidelines not his speculation.

We know that ACLH will open on the gray market but beyond that we don't know if the SEC is satisfied with them not using BP in their PR's or if they want to pursue further investigation. To say that an administrative hearing is on its way is baseless because we do not have any facts and the SEC intentionally left their suspension order open worded.
