The entire saga is so obviously fraudulent that the judge can see that it does not need any higher court ruling to reach the verdict on those corrupted and guilty perpetrators. I think just the media exposure of the illegal activities alone will be juicy enough to catch the attention of people interested in acquiring the copy right for a book or a movie based on the events of this saga. There are prominent people and university researchers involved in this.
