It means someone just bought some shares with Scottrade. Probabl nothing but the tail end of a much bigger order. They like to send these buys and sells through as nice round blocks and send the remaining through slow so as not to omit or add and extra zero.
Means nothing. Never does all the 411, 100, 300 share is a urban rumor. Its just part of a trade. Sometimes they can screw you buy not doing an all or nothing buy, You know. just fill 5000 of your 1MM share buy. You still get hit with the $7 dollar trade fees, and you just got $5dollars worth of stock. @.0001 ask price I don't think that is the case.
Maybe .0001s are almost up and the ASK is going up now?
