The CPD people sited their own study done by Innovative Natural Resource Solutions LLC in their testimony, they weren't just throwing out numbers. I'm no fan of CPD, but they do have a study that conflicts with that of Laidlaw. Obviously their study conflicts with that of Landvest. Undoubtedly an additional study will have to be done by a neutral party in order to determine the accuracy of both reports, or which has the accurate numbers.
