well, it never made sense to me that they build these HUGE homes when they could build say-3-4 homes that poeple could actually afford to buy. Instead there are these really big houses that people can't afford sitting vacant because they over bought or over paid. UGH!!! These guys seem to be getting back to the basics and goign after the average folks. I love it!!! JMHO!!!
