they already sold 2000...they are just waiting for the design to be approved according to the 8k...if <anyone> actually read it...

The deal is contingent upon them actually selling 2000 units, which from the way their sales numbers are going, that just doesn't appear to likely...lol

Matthews is obligated to purchase 2000 caskets a year according to the 8K. What is so hard to understand about this, there is no contingency in the LOU only a firm committment by Matthews to buy the product in the numbers that are shown.
