yes its over. DTC global lock was put on a company i owned years ago and it remained that way until revoked. say goodbye to any chance of this trading again IMO

Oh, I think it's worse: no matter how slim the chances, there's regs in place to deal with the SEC--even the DOJ--but not the DTCC. As a private company, they're not even subject to FOIA...
