worse case 13 million shorted shares have to be bought back. Chas sells company to new owner Mr. Stern for 75 cents-1 dollar a share. YAGI has to recover those shares because the company being bought out and YAGI looses 10-13 million dollars with repurchasing short shares that they thought were 0 cents. Now that's how you stick it to YAGI in the end or maybe the shares go higher and they lose more money than that. I don't know if they owned the 13 million shares outright before selling but then they would have owned greater than 10 percent of the company at that time which was against the contract.
