How can you see PERT has 1/4 Million shares at 0.98 and HDSN 1/4 Million at 0.92

before you would have a chance to grab a few more shares at .97 again they would have to fill the order to pert they want a 1/4 million shares at .98 and hdsn wants 1/4 million at .92
