This post could be anticipated from someone, it was inevitable. Dean's commentary on the increased authorized share count has been on the record in previous CCs for months, simply refer back to them if a review is desired. Even without this proposed change, they've had room to increase the actual share count by 150 million or so for the past year. Dean has stated repeatedly they have no plans to increase the share count. Again, we find ourselves in "believe him" or "don't believe him" territory. Do as one likes. I don't see what's to be gained from incessantly covering the same ground over and over again on this as well as other subjects.

Don't take eyes off the ball, there's only one thing that matters here. This is not a production play, it's not gonna happen. This is not a move to a bigger board play, not gonna happen. Company financials are those of a development stage outfit and will remain so until approval or BK. Company valuation is not predicated on current P&L, revs from C-arm remanufactures, cash on hand, etc. It's about IP, the extent to which the value of that IP is enhanced by FDA approval, and how much that FDA approved IP will be valued at when integrated over the markets of large imaging manufacturers. It's about FDA now. Period.

Authorized shares vs issued shares. I know you just want to spin your fear. How many bottles will it take to have you just go away?

Publicly traded corporations frequently do this. It is a rather routine matter. It was widely known that IMGG was going to do this.

It is the Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder's decision to expand the Board as they see fit. It's a sound business decision in my book and in the eyes of other creditable posters here.

It does not fit with your logic whatever that might be so I assume this will be the last straw for you.

The SEC didn't approve the last meeting Dean Scheduled in Dec., they may not approve this one. The plan has not changed{as far as the reason Dean gives} for increasing the shares. For me the reason doesn't fly, except it kind of gives the impression{ no approval until July}. Seems like every time Dean opens his mouth since last November, it has cost me money though; and I don't particularily care for that notion. I work for a big corporation and we only have about 243 million shares of common stock, period. To say we want them only because {WE DON'T PLAN ON ISSUING THEM}sound quit rediculous. I'd like to not quit 5 minutes before the miracle happens on this one, but I've waited out longer on this rag than I even have on the company I work for,and this may just be the writing on the wall.
