Your statement is clearly false and states that the results were never reported and implies that they were hidden for some nefarious reason, when in fact those results were reported in the 10K that followed. You already knew those reports existed.
The post your reference from me was based on the annual summary from NNVC in the forward looking portion and was clearly speculation on what might occur during 2008. 50% of those events did take place, further, the share price that day was .41 and by May and June hit highs of 1.50, based mostly on results of studies mentioned in that post.
So, there is a major difference between speculation on the future during the first week of the New Year, something we all engage in, and trash talking a stock using issues that have already been resolved.
