#27412 RE: frdmlover #27410

I have a topic for discussion...
MediaG3 owns 30 cell towers. How siginificant are 30 towers in the market, how profitable would 30 towers be? When I consider the size of the US, 30 towers seems like it would be insufficient to make a substantial impact on the market place. Assuming those towers would be used to generate revenue that coulds support a pps of $1.00 or more. Some companies own hundreds of towers.

As to the towers owned...are they being used today? If so in what capacity and how are they generating revenue. How relevant are they to the business based on their current use?

Any thoughts?

frdm: Most people that made their wealth through investing made it by buying low and selling high.
You do bring up some good, interesting points however. I just e-mailed Val with a few questions along your very guidelines. I also agree with you it is time MDGC be mentioned alongside some of the Major telecommunication companies if they are infringing on our patents or will it shortly come out that, that is the plan. I have heard mention it is.
I will post my response accordingly.

Valid concerns and the question does need to be asked. I was curious of this too so a couple months back I had a lawyer friend of mine attempt to look into MDGC.

What he found was the patent info that I had already seen, but he did verify that it was real. He found that there is a company, which we all know. But, other than a few random facts that he came across, thats about all he came across due to the lack or reporting by the company and its excessive lack of presence. But, he did assure me that this was not at all uncommon with these types of companies.

Unfortunately, in order to find out more he would need to make an official request to the other partners of the firm. And this particular firms DD process quite frequently has a $1,000,000 + price tag attatched to it.

Anyways, to sum it all up, a lack of available information/publicity is pretty common as I am sure you already know and is not ALWAYS a bad sign.

But trust, I understand your concern 100%.

They did state that the AXS report would be released "in the next few days" so it was intended to be for internal use only. I just hope it wasn't bad news.
