Hmmm....and they were just 10 days away from certification some 3 years ago. Sounds to me like 3 years from now, they'll only be 50% completed.

My guess is, they've hit a roadblock they don't want to be honest (to shareholders) about...one that makes all the difference. Can't put a square peg in a round hole type thing.
