How about the reasons already given by management? One invests in a company under assumed trust of management. To what degree one trusts management determines to what degree one gives weight to management's explanations. In all companies, management may or may not breach trust, one simply goes on a combination of gut instinct and informed history. Obviously, you have less trust in management than I. I take the explanations at face value based on previous experience with both Seymour and Diwan. If their explanations are reasonable, I accept them. This isn't to say I'm naive, after all there are management teams all the way to Fortune 500 that I wouldn't trust if they guaranteed with their mother's soul. I have never had reason to doubt Seymour as he has never given me one.
All that said, I know that more results will become available as reports are approved and permitted by all parties involved.
