How about releasing the much hyped Right Offering results? The results are extremely MATERIAL and now has been closed for TWO WEEKS! The result of the Rights Offering is the most important piece of information that the company needs to tell nvestors right now. It is absurd that the results have not been released two weeks after the offering closed.
Investors have a right to know whether the company has the funds necessary to drill and acquire the rig. The silence screams of a FAILED effort to raise anything close to $9 million to me.
