No, that is a term I picked up in the US some time ago when the company invested in VW shares. There was a big squeeze!!!

Maybe ask this guy:

SJJNAMARTIN -

I post publically only and do not subscribe but below is my response:

I am the "original" poster of the so called rumored 1.5 billion NNS and it is not some thing I have made up. I Called Bill Young over the summer to talk to him about issues and questions in which I had that where unrelated to the naked short position with the company and he brought it up in conversation. You can probabaly find it in my posting history but he mentioned the bulk of the problem being out of singapore. I never invested in this company with intentions to profit from a shorts squeeze but as I learned about it I figured it would be a nice bonus for the risk and time that I have put in. I would recommed you research a bit about how to play the squeeze and do not be busy the day the numbers begin to rise for no apparent reason. As far as the trigger I am definitely not the guy to talk to about that. I certainly do not want to pretend I know what the trigger is or when the squeeze will occur. I have done a bit of research with Volkswagon and AIG. I have to believe that the size of the NS positon has everything to do with when and how great it will be but the problem is that we never know the size.

My plan is to watch the moves of this stock everyday and I have a circle of people who keep me informed when I cant pay attention.

Good luck

Yes, there was. Unfortunately, none of those mechanics exist here; perhaps you should pick up some more US terms, such as "due diligence."
