24.7M is what I'm using now until I get clarification from IR about the 11.8M warrants.

So we have:

10.16M outstanding common
14.55M warrants


I really hope other distressed warrant sellers approach management asking for similar terms in the next couple months. Management shouldn't need to raise capital for the 2010 and 2011 expansions, so they don't need the warrants for that purpose. Buying them back was a great move.

Made me quite happy anyways :P

I received confirmation that the 11.8M warrants mentioned in the PR did not include insider holdings. Total warrants is approx. 14.55M.

So total outstanding shares including warrants would be 24.7M.
