No new news, but I do have a trump card up my sleeve. We have retained a phenomenal legal team with which, we will deploy when the timing is right. My lead council has an extensive history in the minerals sector... was the top litigator for Exxon during the Valdez oil spill. He has worked on several litigation projects for us and like i mentioned above, when the timing is right we'll set them loose on UPDV. With that being said, it wouldn't be a bad idea to start picking up HTOG before the SEC freezes them from trading. Not a recommendation, just my personal opinion. Salmon Slammer
