I agree as well that the decision has been made. When you re-read previous PR's, you notice that they will announce the board is voting on a matter, the outcome of which is a foregone conclusion. I can't think of one instance where an item was mentioned in a PR and then voted down by the BOD. Nothing will change in this regard.
The key to the value of GOTV shares post spin-off will be the perceived legitimacy and the ability to bring to market of the organization that partners/acquires/merges with GOTV. I'm holding out hope here and think we may be pleasantly surprised by the viability/capability of potential suitors.
Shareholder over-site is healthy in all equity holdings and although we may not have a say regarding this specific decision, we need to communicate the fact that we are watching and expecting ATNP management to come through for its shareholders. Anything less than this should not be tolerated.
