Integral's Chairman Comment on ElectriPlast™ Commercialization Process

Bellingham, WA - Integral Technologies, Inc. ("ITKG-OTC:BB") ("Integral"). Chairman, William Robinson, today made the following comments relating to the "ElectriPlast™" product(s).

Integral Technologies and its manufacturing partner, Jasper Rubber Products, Inc. of Indiana, have spent the past 30 months perfecting the manufacturing of our patented ElectriPlast™ Technology. ElectriPlast™ is an innovative, electrically conductive resin-based, highly conductive recipe that can be molded into virtually any shape or dimension associated with the range of plastics, rubbers, and other polymers. Most recently, we have enhanced our expertise in electrical engineering, antennas (wireless), material sciences and sales with the addition of Mohamad Zeidan (25 years of hands-on product development from prototypes to production) and his group from Innovative Engineering Green Technology (IEGT). Together, we have selected eight of the industries' most useful blends of ElectriPlast™ for extensive testing for physical and electrical characteristics.

When the tests are completed by year's end, our current customer base (and the rest of the industry at large) will have access to and benefit from the test results
which will definitively reveal ElectriPlast's unmatched shielding and conductivity attributes, substantial weight reduction and production cost savings, vast design flexibility, and longevity and sturdiness as a result of its non-corrosiveness and other properties.

As a result, the uses of ElectriPlast™ are as varied as our customers' products and provide them with extraordinary enhancement. The projects described below represent but a sampling from the work we are doing with some the 350 companies with whom we have NDAs, some of whom are the largest in their industry:

Creating and sampling a shielding jacket for the electrical wire industry. The current method of shielding wire is a very time-consuming and expensive method. Our process is many times faster and less expensive while providing greater shielding capability, thus revolutionizing how all wiring can be manufactured.
Replacing, for one of the largest battery manufacturers in the world, the current lead fins in a standard car battery with molded battery plates. This will substantially lighten the battery shielding and can be used for several Green Technology battery companies and in Hybrid/Electrical vehicles. The wheelchair industry also has substantial interest in the product.
Blending ElectriPlast™ pellets for use in a new hearing aid. After testing other competitors' products, the purchaser has informed Integral that ElectriPlast™ is the only substance that allows them to advance their new product development. Integral has been advised that they will be incorporating ElectriPlast™ into their manufacturing in 2010.
Providing specific blends of ElectriPlast™ pellets to several large antenna compaies for hand-held devices, meter readers and satellites. Many of these companies do not manufacture their product, instead relying on outside parties.
Final molding for a two-part piece for a Southern California military contractor.
Designing several consumer electronic parts to enhance existing products. These new product designs will be produced in very large volumes in Q2 of 2010.
Waiting for approval for shielding a vital part for hybrid cars by one of the major Detroit auto companies.
Finalizing license agreements with 6 different companies in the wire, military, antenna, battery, and electrical shielding industries.
Designing new systems in 2010 for the automotive industry for North America and European companies for 2012 implementation.
In the very near future, Integral will be identifying the companies with whom we are working on these projects and announcing other projects we are working on as well.Based on these projects and the overwhelming positive feedback we are getting from these companies -- that ElectriPlast™ is unmatched in the industry and provides solutions to many of these companies' endeavors and striking enhancements to certain aspects of their product lines -- we expect that in 2010, Integral, through its signature technolgy ElectriPlast™, will become the leader in the conductive plastics industry.

Integral Issues Update on ElectriPlast™ Product Development and Commercialization
Bellingham, WA-Integral Technologies, Inc.(“ITKG-OTC: BB”) (“Integral”) and Jasper Rubber Products (“Jasper”) through their respective CEO’s William Robinson and Douglas Mathias, today made the following comments relating to the ElectriPlast™ product(s).
Product Advancement:
Over the past two years Integral and Jasper have perfected the manufacturing process of our patented ElectriPlast™ Technology for multiple applications in widely diverse industries. To advance our manufacturing procedures and product commercialization we have selected our eight most popular resin formulations for testing of their physical and electrical characteristics by an independent laboratory. These tests will be standardized and can be conducted on any material that incorporates ElectriPlast Technology. They will provide independent validation of the specific physical and electrical characteristics of ElectriPlast™.

The results are now being compiled and will be shared with our customers and the public. The amount of testing data received is voluminous and detailed. It is currently being deciphered, complied and condensed into a format for dissemination.

These tests will allow our customers to understand how doping of the resin changes its characteristics, giving Corporate Engineers and Scientists a better understand of how to utilize ElecrtriPlast™ in the material specification stages rather than read about generalities in a news article or on our web-site. For example, does the resin tensile strength become harder or brittle depending on the amount of additives added? How does the material accept or reject electrical current? Customers will now be able to compare formulations using ElectriPlast with their products and demonstrate the superiority of all our Patented and Patent Pending Property, including, among others applications, shielding, antennas, batteries audio, heating appliances, automotive, military, circuitry, resistors, connectors and wiring. These tests will also assist our customers who wish to conduct their own research and development work on the ElectriPlast™ Technology.

Intellectual Property Portfolio:
Our intellectual property is comprised of our patented core technology, ElectriPlast™, and the “patented product family” of the patented core technology. By “patented product family” we mean the variety of applications which we have developed based on ElectriPlast™. In order to better optimize the different applications of our core technology we now combine some of these applications to better utilize costs, applications and final approvals. Currently, we have filed 119 U.S. patent applications: 41 have been issued, one has been allowed but is pending issuance, and 77 have been filed and are pending approval. Only 40 have been rejected. Please visit our web-site www.itkg.net for a current listing of patents approved and applications pending.
Sales and Development Activities:
Integral and Jasper are in the process of securing regular customers. Despite the global economic slowdown this past year we have continued to develop and expand our diverse customer base and are on the verge of finalizing numerous sales. Many of our potential customers include the recognized leaders in their respective industries. The utilization of the ElectriPlast™ materials is as wide and varied as its potential product applications

We are providing several large antenna Companies with specific blends of ElectriPlast™ pellets. These Companies are working with Jasper’s manufacturing facility to facilitate their needs. One Company has made a final prototype and is testing the antenna for commercialization.
We are providing a blend of ElectriPlast™ pellets for a molded part in a new military application for shielding. The part has proven to be superior over all other competitors for this application.

We are providing a battery manufacturer different ElectriPlast blends for molded parts in a standard 12 volt battery. The purpose is to lighten the battery providing for a longer battery life to meet the demands of “green” vehicles.
We are in the process of sampling ElectriPlast™ as a revolutionary way to manufacture electrical wire. This revolutionary concept shows great promise and is receiving significant interest from wire manufacturers.

Although management is not able to be definitive on contract dates we believe several current projects under development will come to fruition soon.

Opportunities for ElectriPlast™ in a Green Economy
With a shift towards a green economy in the U.S., management believes that the unique characteristics of ElectriPlast™, such as weight savings, cost savings, design combination and flexibility, conductivity, non-corrosiveness, could lead the product to become an integral part of “green” transportation.

In conjunction with the foregoing, Integral and Jasper have developed a relationship with a specialized consulting company based in Detroit that has many years of successful experience in the automotive industry. Their testing of the ElectriPlast™ material has convinced them of the value of using ElectriPlast™ Technology in fields of Automotive, Hybrid Technology, Batteries, Marine Applications and Motorcycles. We expect an agreement to be executed with this consulting firm in the very near future.

As mentioned in an article entitled “The Next Detroit” in the Forbes magazine issue of June 8, 2009, the new Detroit will be comprised of carmakers and their suppliers building energy efficient cars, made in America. These hybrid cars will not only be fuel efficient but have a number of components made of recyclable material. Management believes that ElectriPlast will play an important role in the U.S. auto industry’s new designs.
