What is unclear is if Shoham paid the pump site to promote the stock. If so, I suspect he would have clued his "great friend" fadi in that a promo was coming. Then Shoham releases news about IDTA being shorted. IDTA gets a pump (and some shorts are likely covered), and fadi looks like a genius (meanwhile his postings indicate he prospers on inside info).
Think back in the not too distant past when another penny hype site jumped on IDTA. The share price rose to 0.005. Later when they stated they were closing their position, 50 million shares traded that day and the stock took a downturn.
Learn to play the game and trade the pennies, don't fall in love with them.
