No Bull......good post.....in addition, this guys MO is, usually in the reverse RT will try and recruit a Company that needs cash and he will make promises.... he doesn't fulfill. In the meantime after the reverse he will retain probably 20%(estimate) of the new co and dump during the next pump or the one there after.

and in case of pump and dump which maximum peak can touch the share before the dump? ..maybe the supposed offer price 0,005 or stop before?

in that case do you suggest to place a sell order at a discounted price? what safe price in your opinion?
