I was thinking that maybe it was stock options for John to sign up again with sgcp. It would give him some more skin-in-the-game and they'd want to do it now while the stock is still cheap. Cause we all know that this is shootin' up next week!!!! all IMO, of course

The document also states that of the $1 mil they can raise through sales less than $300k 0f that is left to raise more funds before they need to file again, as I undersrand it. sgcp can not dilute the crap out of pps, they need to file again before this is possible.imho
