depends on if price is trending or ranging..
in a uptrend price will stay in between the top bb and the 14 period ma....at the 14 ma its a good time to buy the dip. and vise versa for a down trend..during range trading.. top bb sell till it hits the bottom bb and again vise versa.now this works well with your bb settings at 20,3.
