If they have the NOBO list then they will know how many shareholders there are regardless of who has filed. That's typically how they know how many shareholders there are.

Unless you specifically tell your broker not to put you on that list, you are automatically entered onto the NOBO list for any company once you buy shares through your broker.

I find it very hard to believe only 41 people own this stock right now with the volume we have seen.
