Not as expensive as Patent Infringement. Companies will have the option to obtain a licence agreement with MDGC OR go through a Patent Infringement Case costing millions. Kind-of-a win-win scenario for all involved especially MDGC the company and its shareholders.

Wasn't this right around the time the letters where going out? I wonder if the $12.1 million was paid to MediaG3 for licensing?
