I agree with all that. Plus, I believe that PELE is going to be the cash cow that SMDI needs. With their 95% ownership of PELE, think of what their position will be when PELE hits $1 and beyond. They could sell a million shares here and there and not drastically effect the price of a rising PELE. Stratus would then be able to fund and expand a lot of the projects they have planned. Or, they could even re-invest it in ProElite.

Since Stratus has paid at least around $500k to PELE already, that would seem to be more than enough for Pro to get something off the ground. Any day now...
