Yes I agree with you Springroll.
At least few of us see the big picture and try to send the message to the new investors not to fall into this Scam.
I am sure there are many Scams going on and there are few legitimate companies trying to do the right thing to benefit the company and the investors and that is the way it should be.
But there are lots of rotten Apples in the pinksheet world and if I can save few from bad investments it will make my day.

If you think that big time companies don't lie and cheat you are sadly mistaken. Is all you have to do is look at the big banks and their casino style backroom dealings and their hedgefunds.I'm not saying it is right or moral but these tactics are used every day by big corporate america. The penny market is unregulated especially pinks. It is the wild west.

How many people here profited from the wall street bubble? I could have thrown a dart at the wallstreet journal and made money. And most of those dot com companies were cooking the books.People didn't care if they were scams or not, is all they care about is making money.I bought a company in 1999 for 11 bucks a share,it soared to 200 dollars and then split. One year later they were out of business. Some people make money others don't.Educating yourself and a willingness to take a risk is how people make money. This is similar to people complaining that athletes and actors make to much money. If you were offered 10 mil a year to play basketball would you turn it down because athletes make too much money? The same here, if you make 20 grand on a company that turns out to be a scam are you going to give the money back due to a moral position? Most people would be ok with it if they win ,others would then complain bitterly if they loose, its just human nature and the name of the game.
