What is really telling here is that the date to be holding shares has past, Dec. 31, 2009. I think the new management wanted to send a strong message here, "THIS IS NOT A PUMP! SHORTY WILL PAY!"

Also "the need to determine the actual number of shares and shareholders" seems to backup rumors about the old Canadian crew selling fake unauthorized shares. I posted here long ago that I was told "off the record" the number of air shares was 225 million at the time of the failed shareholders meeting. At a .008 divvy that's $1,800,000.00 I wonder if Parkin is having a good day today? I think this news says they have worked out how to pay only holders of legit shares.

If anyone is short here, not only are they being forced to pay the divvy with no chance to cover, but they will also need to cover their shorts to avoid having a repeat of this next year.


This could get really fun, maybe.
