Their filings arent accurate. They are being revised. Hope this helps.

Rawnoc,I believe people are expanding on the subject of share holder equity loss. Receiving the "E" does not change any value.
However, if the filings must be restated and the company goes pink, the possibility of the company losing share holder equity becomes very real.

80% of companies receiving the "E" become complaint within the time allowed
