I believe what people are talking about is per the PR that was released yesterday and pertains to this particular section of the release:

"In other news and events; Ike Sutton, CEO of GOIG, intends to make a forward guidance audio address that will cover topics of forward guidance, status of audited financials, the company's aspirations to become an SEC reporting issuer and a general business address early next week That recording will be posted on the company IR web site www.minamargroup.com/GOIG"

Now, of course, there can be a lot of interpretation surrounding the statement of "status of audited financials" so at this point, IMO, let's just take it with a grain of salt until we hear the details.
