you're not helping anyone by telling them things you or Sid will not provide solid proof or facts from any reputable source

ING said the bonds are fake ... its not the banks responsibility to prove the bonds Sid holds are real because they have stated the series are faked .. its Sid's responsibility to provide proof they are real .. and have them redeemed ..

his bond story has little to NO verifiable facts - full of unnamed party's and dead people ...lol

I am definitely not Sid. I am an investor in pfno. I am a friend of Sid. I am just trying to help people on this board understand what is going on. I won't know anything ahead of it's published time because that could lead to an insider trading charge. I have been aware of these bonds for three years and bought my shares about a year ago. I am hoping like many of you to make some money on these shares. Sid's stock has always gone up for short periods of time and then right back down. I am hoping that sid gets lucky with these bonds and we can make some money. Though BC residents will have to find a way to cash our shares. I don't understand the cease trade order for just BC residents when it trades feely everywhere else. Especially because Sid's company has non-reporting status in the U.S.

How could you have been aware of "these bonds" for 3 years?

They didn't issue the Preferreds to buy them until January 8, 2008, but you knew about them as early as May 2007?

As far as I know PFNO's first mention of them was in their Pink filing that was made Jan 27, 2010.

Funny they didn't mention them in the 8K filed Jan 10, 2008 when they issued the stock for the bonds the day before...they talk about other stock issued, 300 million to Rukos, no mention of bonds though.

Other than a DEF14A, an NT10Q and the Form 15 to terminate registration, none of which mention bonds of course...that 8K was the last information SEC filing made.


I guess if you're not Sid, you're maybe a neighbor, or close enough and live in West Van?
