I have flown to Texas and met with Mr. McGhan on several occasions. He is a very knowledgeable individual. We spent several days together at Valerus and at his home. (part of my due diligence)

The two companies he ran were billion dollar companies in the gas compression industry.

He recently ‘retired’ from Valerus and he is indeed working with the EncapSol technology as far as applying it to his field of expertise. He has met with the developers of EncapSol as they are working together on applications in the gas compression industry.

I understand why he owns as many Freestone shares as he does.
