You seem to be ignoring the people who recently got the rights to EEGC's reject properties. They drilled... You really think they didn't apply for EEGC's most prized properties also?
Why wouldn't they?
To say companies are not standing in line is to, again, ignore facts, considering there was a company standing in line for a property that had low probability of even finding anything.
