I personally believe (don't know for sure) that the PR has already been written up and they are just awaiting word and I'm sure that the attorney's have already approved the release with the addition of a few small details. If I were in Mr. Janes's seat this is what I would have done ahead of time. Mr. Janes has stated over and over again that he will waste no time in getting the news out via PR and I take him for his word.
Now, if in fact something were to happen today (but I don't expect it) and he released a PR with the news, I would then follow it up with another PR in more detail on Tuesday morning since Monday is a holiday and the markets would be closed. I also believe that there might be enough news to support two (2) PR's in this fashion.
